Scheduler appointments have disappeared

Very rarely we have seen cases where an appointment was displayed in the scheduler and is no longer visible or it’s not possible to add an appointment for a particular date.

This indicates that there is an issue with the eClaims database. Fortunately the record isn’t lost but is not displayed on the screen and can be corrected in just a few minutes.

At the beginning of each day eClaims will do a process to check the databases and correct any issues related to the database. This process can also be done manually.
