The postcode distribution screen will display a list showing the number of patients by postcode.

Sort by

Select the sort the results by either the patient name or the responsible patient details.

Date range type

By default first active will be selected. Click Date of Service if you would like to have results for a date range.

Output to

Select screen to display the results on the screen or printer to print the results.

Click OK to create the report or cancel to return to the previous screen.
