Patient reports – patients merged
This report will print an alphabetical list of patient records that have been merged within a given date range.
Range
A date range can be entered to only show records that have been merged between specified dates.
Output To
Select Screen to display the results on the computer monitor or Printer to print the results.
When Printer is selected the drop down arrows to select the printer name and type of labels can be selected.
