In the batch handler when assigning a batch a screen will be displayed Enter HIC Online Password.

This may not be an error but could be connected to the doctor setup.

Go to the doctor data screen.

Check not required HCI is ticked. When this is selected you should be able to assign a batch without being requested to enter the HIC password. If problems continue please contact ACSS technical support.
