eClaims has both a built in notes section and the ability to link with other clinical software packages.

To setup clinical software click Maintenance and System Setup from the main menu.

Enter the system password and click enter on the keyboard to continue.

If T/Party Clinical isn’t selected eClaims will use eClaims patient notes. If it is selected then eClaims will link to an external package such as Medical Director or Best Practice.
