A batch is displayed with 0.00 listed as Amount Received and the batch status is SND or E_S.

This is not an error but it indicates that the batch has been assigned more than once. When a payment file is received from Medicare the Amt Rcvd (Amount Received) will be updated.

If the Sts is displayed as E_R it indicates that Medicare has rejected the payment.
