It is possible to print reports to a pdf file instead of paper.

Install a PDF writer software package like Cute PDF writer.

Change the printer settings

Click Maintenance and System Setup from the main menu.

Enter the system password and click Enter on the keyboard.

Click Printer Information on the right side of the screen.

The Printer Information screen displays and can be used to set the default print settings for different operations.

Click the drop down arrow next to Port and select the PDF printer.

When printing a report click set the output to Printer and select the PDF writer from the drop down menu. When the file is created a Save as screen should appear asking where to place the pdf file.
