Error 9777

The error occurs in the Comms Centre when trying to send a batch to Medicare.

There are several reasons why this error can occur but the most common reason is that the transmission to Medicare was interrupted and not successful.

To correct the issue reassign the batch in the Batch Handler and then send through Comms Centre as usual.
